Main Performance PC Trademark Guidelines

Main Performance PC philosophy on trademarks and brands

Main Performance PC trademarks and brands are Main Performance PC intellectual property and are important and valuable assets of the company. Trademarks must be used properly. Follow these Guidelines for using Main Performance PC trademarks and brands properly in all communications, documents and electronic messages.

Who do these guidelines apply to?

These Guidelines apply to Main Performance PC employees, customers, licensees, consultants, outside vendors, and other third parties.

If you are a LICENSEE of a Main Performance PC trademark or logo, your license agreement that you signed with Main Performance PC may have special trademark and logo usage guidelines different than the Guidelines set forth here. If so, please follow the special guidelines provided to you pursuant to your license agreement. If you are a Licensee, but have been provided no special guidelines, then follow these.

Using Main Performance PC's trademarks and logos

You may refer to Main Performance PC products and services by their associated Main Performance PC trademarks and service marks, so long as such references (a) are truthful, fair, and not misleading, and (b) comply with these Guidelines, which may be modified by Main Performance PC from time to time in Main Performance PC’s sole discretion.

  • Use the appropriate trademark symbol and trademark acknowledgment of Main Performance PC ownership of the marks and/or logos in question.

  • Do not incorporate Main Performance PC trademarks or logos into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names, and do not adopt marks or logos that are confusingly similar to Main Performance PC marks and logos.

Do not make unlicensed use of Main Performance PC licensed logos, such as the Main Performance PC menu-email-accessories.jpg® Logo. Third-party use of Main Performance PC logos requires a license or written permission from Main Performance PC. If you are interested in obtaining a license to use a Main Performance PC mark or logo, contact your Main Performance PC marketing or sales representative, or the Main Performance PC sales office located in Memphis, TN.
